OUR PERSONAL TRAINING CONCEPT

At Active Nation Health Club, our programs are catered specifically to each clients unique needs and goals but all share the common feature of empowering our members to have an active role in bettering themselves and their lives. We set up our members with the skill set to maintain their health and fitness for life.

Our belief is that a trainers role is much more than just putting a client through a tough session.

  • It's educating them and giving them the skill set to confidently better themselves and their lifestyles even outside of their PT sessions.

  • It's empowering them so that injuries, strength or fitness levels are not holding them back from fully enjoying their lives.

This is a crucial part of Active Nation Health Club's personal training philosophy.

BIO

Gil has worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years as a personal trainer and later as a multi gym owner. During this time, he has trained an innumerable amount of people with different fitness levels, goals, needs and at different stages in their lives. 

He built ‘Active Nation’ with the goal of creating a safe and empowering space for people to come in and better themselves and better their lives. He believes in the importance of lifelong learning and being that little bit ‘better’ every day.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness

  • Kettlebell level 1

  • Kettlebell level 2

  • Competitive boxing

  • First Aid/CPR

GREG
CHRISTOPHER

PERSONAL TRAINER

BIO

Greg has a wealth of experience, having worked in the PT industry for over 6 years with a large variety of clients with unique goals and needs.He believes that the only way to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle is to make training a priority, and turning it into a good ‘habit’.

 

Greg is known for being relatable, easy to talk to and making his clients feel very comfortable in their surroundings. He gets a kick out of seeing clients achieve their goals, and will actively help them do what is necessary for them to achieve it.

  • Working with older adults & managed conditions

  • Kettlebell level 1

  • Functional TRX

  • Boxing level 1

  • First Aid/CPR
